Do not apply any detergents or chemicals, let the coat dry naturally (not in the sun or over the heater). How much are the shipping costs?
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 within Germany (regardless of the number of packages). You can also have the goods delivered to a DHL Packstation.
For orders over €49.90, shipping is free.

When does my order arrive?
DHL standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days from receipt of order. If your delivery hasn't arrived within five business days, or if you haven't received a shipping confirmation for your order, please send an email to our service team: welcome@gutraum8.de.
