What are the benefits of opening a customer account?

As a registered customer, you can shop even more easily and quickly in the GutRaum8 online shop. Your address details are already pre-entered on your order page - and you can enter additional delivery addresses. If you have also voluntarily registered for our newsletter, you will receive selected special offers by email and will always be up to date. You have full control over your orders and personal data via your customer account.

How safe is my data?

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Of course, we observe the strict provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Telemedia Act (TMG) and other data protection regulations. You can find out more in our privacy policy .

Your personal information is always transmitted to us in encrypted form using digital security systems. Our websites are protected by technical measures against damage, destruction or unauthorized access. All employees who may come into contact with your data have signed a strict data protection declaration.

Your trust is extremely important to us. So you can not only rely on GutRaum8 always having the latest ideas for your home, but also that your data is safe with us.

My registration in the GutRaum8 online shop is not working, what can I do?

Have you entered the correct email address and password? If you have forgotten your password, simply request a new one. Or write an email to our service team: welcome@gutraum8.de.

Is there a minimum or maximum amount for my order?

We do not have a minimum order value, so you are welcome to order just one item.

How can I pay?

You have the following payment options:

• Advance payment: We reserve your desired items for up to seven days from the time of ordering. This means you can conveniently transfer or pay the invoice amount due - you will find the account details in our order confirmation, which you will receive from us by email immediately after submitting your order. Please ensure that you provide complete and correct information when making the transfer so that we can allocate your transfer safely and your order reaches you quickly. As soon as the invoice amount has been received in full in our account, we can process your order, pack the goods for you and send them on their way; we will inform you of this again by email (shipping confirmation). Your shipment will then usually reach you within 2 to 3 days

• Credit card: Pay easily with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card.

• PayPal: Pay even more securely and quickly with your PayPal account.

  • Apple Pay: Pay with iPhone, iPad & Apple Watch.

  • Google Pay: Easy and secure payment via your Google account.

  • Sofortüberweisung: Pay easily and directly.

  • Klarna: Flexible payment including buyer protection.
How secure is online payment?

We attach great importance to your security when it comes to payment transactions. Of course, your information will only be transmitted in encrypted form so that third parties cannot read it. Your credit card payment will be processed by a specially security-certified partner.

How do I redeem my promotional voucher?

Do you have a voucher code for our online shop? Put your desired items in the shopping cart as usual. On the “Shopping Cart” page, please enter your code in the “Voucher” field and click “Activate”. Your voucher will now be activated and the invoice amount will be updated.

What happens if goods are not available?

Normally all items that you see in the online shop are in stock and therefore available for delivery. But no one is perfect and it can happen, for example, that the last item is already sold out due to overlaps in our warehouse. Then of course we cannot deliver this item or charge for it. We will inform you about this and let you know when/if this item is back in stock and whether you want to wait that long. Usually it is about 3 weeks. Otherwise, you will of course immediately receive a refund of the purchase price you have already paid.

How much are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 within Germany (regardless of the number of packages). You can also have the goods delivered to your DHL Packstation . However, you must be registered with DHL Packstation for this service.

For orders over 49.90 € we ship free of charge.

For Austria, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Spain we charge a flat rate of €19.90 and for Switzerland €34.90.
For Italy we charge a flat rate of 20,90€.

When does my order arrive?

DHL standard shipping usually takes 2 – 3 working days from receipt of the order. If your delivery has not yet arrived within five working days or you have not yet received a shipping confirmation for your order, please write an email to our service team: welcome@gutraum8.de. Please remember to include your customer number and/or order number.

How can I see the status of my order?

If you have registered for the online shop, you can view your personal data and your order data under “Mein GutRaum8” after you have logged in. For example, for each order you will also be informed whether it has already been paid for or is on the way. We will also send you an email when your order has been received and another as soon as the shipment leaves our warehouse (shipping confirmation).

Without registration, subsequent online access to your order is not possible. But you will always be kept up to date with emails.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by exercising your legal right of cancellation. All you need to do is send us an email or, if the goods are already on their way to you, return them directly by refusing to accept the shipment. You can find the legal details of the right of cancellation here

Which items can I return and how? Who bears the return costs and how is the purchase price refunded?

You can return any item you have purchased from the GutRaum8 online shop within 14 days of receipt by exercising your legal right of withdrawal. The legal details of the right of withdrawal can be found here . In practical terms, we recommend the following:

Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods when unpacking and, if possible, only remove labels etc. once you have decided to keep the goods. Otherwise, you may be liable for compensation.

If you decide to return an item, please include any labels that have already been removed and use the original packaging to protect the item or pack the item well enough so that it cannot be damaged during transport. To make it easier to identify the return of your order, please use the return slip included with the delivery. All you need to do is tick which item is being returned. It would be very helpful if you also stated the reason for your return - this way we can learn and improve. Please note that these recommendations are not a prerequisite for exercising your right of withdrawal.

Please be sure to enclose the return slip or a cover letter with your invoice or customer number (if paying in advance, please also state your bank details) with the return so that this return can be clearly assigned to you and the purchase price can be refunded.

If you exercise your right of cancellation within 14 days, you will not incur any return costs. Condition: the purchase price (excluding additional costs) of the returned goods is higher than 40 euros and you have already paid for the goods in full. You can find everything else in the terms and conditions.

We do not accept any unauthorized shipment of goods, especially if

• the 14-day cancellation period has expired;

• the goods were not purchased in our GutRaum8 online shop;

• the purchased goods are not included in the return package; or

• there is an obvious attempt at fraud.

If goods are sent without authorization, we will contact you.

As soon as your return reaches the eCommerce Center, it will be checked and a credit issued. Depending on the payment option you selected when making your purchase, the amount will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account. If you pay in advance, we will transfer the money to the bank account specified on the return slip or your accompanying letter.

As a rule, the purchase price will be refunded within one week of receipt of the return.
