Origin & processing:
Our cowhides come from free-range South American cattle and are produced as part of responsible food production. The hides are not specifically produced as a product, but rather reused – conserving resources and promoting sustainability. The hides are carefully sorted by hand, carefully processed, and finished in Italy.
As a genuine natural product, each hide has individual characteristics – small neck wrinkles, scars or branding are signs of authenticity and underline the unique character of your rug.
Color variety:
In addition to the classic zebra design in natural/black, we offer our cowhides in many other variations – from subtle to vibrant: for example, in black, lime, pink, skyline blue and more.
Care & Quality:
Our cowhides are extremely durable, easy to care for, and completely odorless. Even the dyed versions are harmless to health.

We do not have a minimum order value, so you are welcome to order just one item.
How can I pay?
You have the following payment options:
- Prepayment: We reserve your desired items for up to seven days from the date of your order. This allows you to conveniently transfer or pay the invoice amount due. You will find the account details in our order confirmation, which you will receive by email immediately after submitting your order. Please ensure that your details are complete and correct when transferring your order so that we can reliably allocate your transfer and your order reaches you promptly. As soon as the invoice amount has been received in full in our account, we can process your order, pack the goods for you, and send them on their way. We will inform you again via email (shipping confirmation). Your shipment will then usually reach you within 2 to 3 days.

How much are the shipping costs?
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 within Germany (regardless of the number of packages). You can also have the goods delivered to a DHL Packstation.
For orders over €49.90, shipping is free.

When does my order arrive?
DHL standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days from receipt of order. If your delivery hasn't arrived within five business days, or if you haven't received a shipping confirmation for your order, please send an email to our service team: welcome@gutraum8.de.
