About Sebastião Salgado:
Sebastião Salgado (*1944) is one of the most important documentary photographers of our time. With his camera, he tells visual stories about people, nature, and global connections. His work "GENESIS" is the result of over eight years of intensive travels to the last untouched regions of the Earth. Supported by the Instituto Terra, which he founded, Salgado is actively committed to the renaturation and preservation of the planet.

Design meets architecture – the book stand by Tadao Ando:
Tadao Ando is one of the world's most renowned architects—known for his minimalist masterpieces and winner of all four major architecture awards (Pritzker, Carlsberg, Praemium Imperiale, and Kyoto Prize). For TASCHEN, he designed this elegant cherry veneer book stand, perfectly showcasing the SUMO format.

The print – Two Mursi Women, Omo Valley, Ethiopia
An intense, timeless moment of two Mursi women from Ethiopia – captured by Salgado in 2007. The signed silver gelatin print testifies to Salgado's cultural dignity and photographic brilliance. This motif is an exclusive part of the edition and was produced under the artist's supervision.

A visual manifesto for the planet—epic, exclusive, iconic. This art edition combines documentary depth, masterful photography, and exceptional design.

Note : The frame shown is for illustrative purposes only – the print is delivered unframed.
