With his extraordinary interpretation of THE GUEST , Kzeng Jiang is the first Chinese artist to become part of Lladró's renowned "The Guest" collection – a series developed by Spanish designer Jaime Hayon that invites international creatives to reimagine the iconic GUEST in their own way.

Kzeng Jiang , who lives and works in Shanghai, combines traditional East Asian art forms with a modern, almost graphic visual language. In this exclusive sculpture— limited to only 300 pieces worldwide —he draws on the symbolism and aesthetics of Chinese culture:
Three stylized eyes on the guest's face represent past, present, and future . They reflect the ability to see beyond time and space—a poetic metaphor for personal and collective memory.

The deep blue color scheme with gilded luster elements recalls the luster of antique Chinese porcelain and lends the sculpture a refined, museum-worthy effect. Inspired by facial painting from the Peking Opera and floral patterns from the Song Dynasty , the result is a unique work of art that straddles the zeitgeist and tradition.

How much are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 within Germany (regardless of the number of packages). You can also have the goods delivered to your DHL Packstation . However, you must be registered with DHL Packstation for this service.

For orders over 49.90 € we ship free of charge.

For Austria, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Spain we charge a flat rate of €19.90, and for Switzerland €34.90.
For Italy we charge a flat rate of 20,90€.
When does my order arrive?

DHL standard shipping usually takes 2 – 3 working days from receipt of the order. If your delivery has not yet arrived within five working days or you have not yet received a shipping confirmation for your order, please write an email to our service team: welcome@gutraum8.de. Please remember to include your customer number and/or order number.
