Please ensure that you provide complete and correct information when making the transfer so that we can allocate your transfer safely and your order reaches you quickly. As soon as the invoice amount has been received in full in our account, we can process your order, pack the goods for you and send them on their way; we will inform you of this again by email (shipping confirmation). Your shipment will then usually reach you within 2 to 3 days

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 within Germany (regardless of the number of packages). You can also have the goods delivered to your DHL Packstation . However, you must be registered with DHL Packstation for this service.

For orders over 49.90 € we ship free of charge.

For Austria, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Spain we charge a flat rate of €19.90, and for Switzerland €34.90.
For Italy we charge a flat rate of 20,90€.

DHL standard shipping usually takes 2 – 3 working days from receipt of the order. If your delivery has not yet arrived within five working days or you have not yet received a shipping confirmation for your order, please write an email to our service team: welcome@gutraum8.de. Please remember to include your customer number and/or order number.
