Please avoid using detergents or chemicals and allow the fur to dry naturally. Direct sunlight should be avoided as UV light can fade the colours (especially on non-naturally coloured coats). Delivery is quick and convenient with DHL to your home. For orders over €49.90 we ship free of charge within Germany. Otherwise the flat rate shipping within Germany is €4.90.

We do not have a minimum order value, so you are welcome to order just one item.

How much are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 within Germany (regardless of the number of packages). You can also have the goods delivered to your DHL Packstation . However, you must be registered with DHL Packstation for this service.

For orders over 49.90 € we ship free of charge.

For Austria, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Spain we charge a flat rate of €19.90, and for Switzerland €34.90.
For Italy we charge a flat rate of 20,90€.
When does my order arrive?

DHL standard shipping usually takes 2 – 3 working days from receipt of the order. If your delivery has not yet arrived within five working days or you have not yet received a shipping confirmation for your order, please write an email to our service team: welcome@gutraum8.de. Please remember to include your customer number and/or order number.
